Dr. Vachara Phanchet, Thai Trade Representative has presided over the opening ceremony of the Italian Pavilion at Thailand International Restuarant & Bar 2010, Impact Exhibition and Convention Center on 23 June 2010. This event is organized by the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce and will run from June 23-25, 2010.

       TICC is one of the sponsors of this event and helped to organize the Italian Pavilion where there will be a total of 5 exhibitions, all TICC members, representing Italian products and services plus one booth for the TICC.

 Beside tasting real Italian delicacies and learning about Italian Pavilion, which include:

• cooking demonstration
• parma ham carving show
• session on Italian ice cream
• how to store your food using the right type of cling&shrink film products

     Other activities at this event include cooking and bartender competitions, food and wine tastings, educational demonstrations and workshops conducted by the top international experts, and master classes by top international chefs
